If your employer does not have a policy, procedure or process suggest they develop them.
If your employer has policies, procedures and processes, read and understand them.
If you don’t understand or are unsure about the policies, procedures and processes, seek assistance or clarification.
Otherwise, unless they are wrong or inappropriate, comply with the policies, procedures and processes.

Where you are concerned about raising a bullying issue, seek assistance from your organisation in accordance with the policies, procedures and processes or obtain support from a counsellor.
